Corporate/Group Bookings	Are you looking for a fun exciting way to team-build, have a staff or Christmas party or a special curling event for family or friends?  If you are a small business team up and challenge another business in town! The Land O'Lakes Curling Club in Tweed offers opportunities for groups and corporations to benefit from a fun curling event. We can meet your needs and provide you with a few hours of great entertainment.  For a fee of $25 per person, articipants can enjoy 2 hours of ice time, equipment, instruction and a safety session.  Normally 8 people are required for a game on one sheet of ice. (We have four sheets at the club.)  For an additional cost, we would be happy to arrange a lunch or dinner package for you.
Corporate Bonspiels/Fundraisers	The club can also provide you with a venue to host a corporate bonspiel between departments within your companies or with other companies in your area.  This can be linked to a fundraising event for a charity of your choice.  We will work with you to plan your event and assist with the details.  Please email us at info@curltweed.ca or call Meriel at 613-478-3614.
How to Book	a)  Please email us at info@curltweed.ca or call 613-478-2311 to determine ice availability.  Based on our league schedule, optimal times for ice rental would be Fridays, some Saturdays or Sundays, but please check in any case. b)  To confirm your booking, send the Group Booking Information form to the club along with a deposit of $50 for 1 sheet or $100 for 2 or more sheet bookings. (This will be deducted from the price you pay on the day of the event.) Bookings are reserved when the deposit is received.  A standard waiver form will be sent upon confirmation of booking.  Deposits will be refunded up to 7 days before your event. After that date, no deposit will be refunded. c)  One week prior to your event confirm final numbers for ice (and food if requested).  A cash bar will be open upon request. d)  Show up and ENJOY the fun.
The club has great ice that we are very proud of.  We will provide your group with creative and fun ways to enjoy a curling game for any level of curler.  An instructor will be on hand for the duration of your booking who  will be able to provide support and assistance to your group while they are on the ice.
